I decided to attend another four week session at L'Institut de Francais. As usual I had great classmates, hopefully improved my French, and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Heather accompanied me and that added so much to the experience. We managed to take a long weekend in Paris too where we stayed in a small hotel in the Marais. The sights, restaurants et cetera are very nice but just being in France is a treat in itself.
The first picture is on the waterfront in Nice. The others are in Paris where we visited the restored Orient Express Train and Place du Quebec where I am standing in front of a sculpture by a Quebecer representing the ice breaking up in The St Lawrence River in the spring.
