Villefranche-sur-Mer and side trips to London and Italy

This was the twelfth year in a row for me to visit Villefranche-sur-Mer on the Côte d'Azur in the south of France

I just returned from a month spent mainly in the south of France but went to Cinque Terre, Italy for a weekend with my friend Susan and later went to London for three days visiting my grandson Chris and his partner Miriam. While there we had lunch with my good friend Hannah and her husband Phil. Then Chris and Miriam visited me for a weekend. So those were the highlights, but the important thing is how enjoyable the whole vacation was. I had French lessons again with Aude Fauché, swam in the Mediterranean with Chris and Miriam, was thrilled to get together with Hannah and Phil not to mention how much I enjoyed having Susan with me for a week. And I booked the same apartment for the month of May next year.
